Sarah Rose Bass

Sarah Rose Higgins is a contemporary female bass player from Birmingham, UK.

She has a wide range of experience in live performance, studio recording, instrumental tuition, and session playing. She has been performing live since 2002 and has been fortunate enough to work with an eclectic mix of bands at many prestigious venues across the country, including the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Sarah has spent years in formal music education, obtaining a BA (Hons) in Popular Music and Music Technology in 2011, a Master’s Degree in Music in 2015 and in 2016 qualified as a music teacher by obtaining her PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and has plans to study for a PhD in the future.

Available to book for live performances, tours and session recordings. Also provides bass guitar lessons in the North Birmingham area.
